For me, Wanda's story has always been about a mother's grief. She loved her boys so much she built a whole world to keep them, and losing them never really left her.

I wanted this pair to hold both sides of that. The Rambouillet braid is her magic: it starts as hot pink chaos magic, burns into Scarlet Witch red, then cools to rust and a faded crimson. The other braid blends Wensleydale, bamboo, merino and a little stellina in twilight blue and violet that shimmers like the edge of the Hex, with those wispy Wensleydale fibers that never quite stay put.

The two 2 oz braids were made to be plied together into one 4 oz yarn. Ply them, spin them separately, or blend them as you go. I'd love to see what you make.
