Collection: Romjul

Romjul is the Norwegian name for the quiet days between Christmas and New Year's, when the rush is over, the lights are still up, and nobody's quite sure what day it is. It's my favorite stretch of the whole year.

Every color in this collection comes from my own winter memories and a few Nordic traditions. There are the reindeer I imagined in the snowy park as a kid, the treats we hang out for the farm animals and forest critters, and the ice-skating stories passed down through the family. There's Krumkaker on the table, the little Christmas village glowing under the tree, and the crackle of a backyard bonfire.
